At first PHP apache should be download from official website. Once download PHP install system preferred drive or location. Make sure php.exe file location added at environment variable setup.
Open php.ini file and remove comment from necessary php extention name.
Command for run php in browser
php.exe -S 127.0.0.1:10700 -t file path
